Rob Cruver | Senior Pastor

Our pastor, Rob Cruver, has been leading ZCC since June, 2004. Rob's passion is to follow Jesus, and to help others follow Jesus. Rob and his wife Debra have been at Zarephath since 1992, and they have two children, Hannah and Luke. Rob also has a passion for discipleship, and leading others to know Christ more deeply. Raphael Giglio | Pastor of Worship

Raphael Giglio is our Minister of Worship. He and his wife Aly are native New Jersyians, and have returned after co-pastoring at New River Fellowship in Tennessee. He has a strong heart for Israel and his fellow Jewish people and continues to record and tour internationally as a Singer/Songwriter. Raphael's wife Aly is also from NJ and is a contemporary Christian singer-songwriter with a strong heart for evangelism and worship.

Marlene Moncho | Pastor of Spiritual Development and Family Ministries

Marlene Moncho is our Pastor of Spiritual Development and Family Ministries,and has served with Pillar of Fire Ministries since 1996. She and her husband John worship and share their gifts together with the Body of Christ at ZCC. Her passion is to pursue the heart of God, while teaching and encouraging our church family as they follow Jesus to Get Connected, Grow Connected and Stay Connected! Danielle Szierer | Children's Minister

Danielle Szierer ministers to our children. Danielle believes that the church's greatest responsibility and privilege is investing in the lives of our children and discipling the next generation. Her desire is that each child will find his/her identity in Christ. She and her husband Mark have two daughters.

Jamie Damm | Pastor of Youth Ministries

Jamie is the Pastor of Youth Ministries. He and his wife April have a passion and vision for youth ministry and to see students become fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ. Jamie and April have two children, Grace Anna and Malachi.

Hunter Barnes | Pastor of Media and Creative Arts

Hunter Barnes is our Pastor of Creative Arts and Media. Hunter uses his gifts in the arts to creatively express the message of God's love.

Norm Walter | Pastor of Counseling and Visitation

Norm's desire is to be ever more desperate for God. His priority is to join with others in sharing Christ's Love in our church and community. He first came to serve the Lord at Zarephath, as a daily broadcaster on STAR 99.1 for many years.

Deb Cruver | Director of Social Action

Deb’s desire is to mobilize the church to put faith in action in service to “the least of these.” Her life’s focus is to live out Isaiah 58 with God’s call to feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, clothe the naked, and to stand against injustice and oppression.
